I arrived in Tokyo and was off to my connecting flight to Nagoya, it was a lot easier than I had been anticipating because I did not have to go through customs in Tokyo.
I arrived in Nagoya at 8:15 pm and sailed through customs and immigration.
Found my Dad waiting for me on the other side and was glad to be in Japan finally!!!
We got to the car and was a little nervous about the whole driving on the other side of the street and car!! My parents car is very nice it is a Toyota and of course it is nothing you can get in the states.
We are our way to the apartment which is about 30 minutes away form the air port and decided on how to surprise my Mom and decided that Dad would open the outer door to the apartment and I would go in through the inner door and surprise her. Well that is what happened and boy was she surprised the look on her face was priceless and I was a little bummed that I did not get a picture.
Mom and I stayed up till 1:30 talking! It is nice to be here.
